THE FOOD OF WAR Biennial 2027

The Food of War Biennale shifts the front line of conflict from external borders to the internal landscape of the human mind and skin. Under the title Internal Geographies: The Body as

a Political Kitchen, we investigate the body not as a static vessel, but as a site of constant transformation, social pressure, and visceral memory.

In this framework, the "Kitchen" serves as the ultimate metaphor for the human condition: a space of high pressure, heat, and alchemy where identity is "cooked" by cultural expectations, digital distortions, and personal trauma. We assert that food and drink are never neutral; our relationship with them may influence our mental health and how we

understand our place in the world.
