"Sustainable Feasts: Creative Expressions of Eco-Friendly Dining" took place at Proposition Studios as a pilot event for future gastroessays. It aimed to explore alternative ways of eating that promote biodiversity and positively impact the planet's ecology. Rather than imposing difficult diets or unattainable trends, the event offered simple adjustments to everyday living.
Guests were guided by a host through five courses, learning about the dishes and the ecological themes behind them. The immersive experience incorporated artistic elements, allowing participants to actively engage and sometimes forage for their own food.
