The Gastroessay is an artistic experience achieved by a journey of five courses. The idea is to tell stories using food as path, subject and color palette. Within these stories, we plan to expand on the Food of War concept and invite our guests to reflect on the power of food, to consider all the layers of meaning that are hidden in plain sight in the most simple dish.
